Summer is here! It’s time to open your mind, discover art, creativity and “Color our World” at the library!
This summer, celebrate a technicolor adventure in fun and learning at the Feasterville Library. Visit us weekly and explore amazing programs that will let your imagination explode with color. Come in and see our rainbow of amazing raffle baskets and earn chances to win by participating in our reading challenge. Our grand prize is a generous gift certificate to Feasterville’s own Guy’s Bicycle Shop! Adults are invited to participate too! Prizes this year include tickets to Longwood Gardens, Amazon Fire Tablet and much more!
Get out your crayons and paints! Miss Anita will be presenting lots of live art classes this summer. Kids can take a musical journey with Mr. Boom Boom and express their creative side with our Arts and Crafts club, the Silly Scissors Society. Discover your new favorite movie with us on Thursday mornings. Andrew is back with his Big Show full of laughs and circus tricks. The Science Heroes will take us on the “Adventure of the Missing Color” with stories and experiments. Join us for Novel Ninjas if you are crazy about graphic novels and comic books.
Adults can get those creative juices flowing with our monthly Coloring Club and a painting program in July. Our popular Chair Yoga will continue Tuesdays and Fridays. All skill levels are welcome at our after-hours Game Night at the library.
Add some color to your life by reading with our therapy dogs/reading buddies! These canine friends are here every Saturday. Share books, songs and rhymes at Family and Baby Storytime on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This summer, let the Feasterville Library be your canvas. Learn, shine, and color outside the lines. It is going to be a brilliant summer! For a complete listing of these and other programs go to www.lowersouthamptonlibrary.org or call 215-355-1183.
