This new facilitated discussion group for adults will bring people together for thoughtful conversations that promote personal reflection and group connection. At each meeting, conversation facilitator and community member Art will introduce topics that encourage participants to engage in meaningful discourse. Discussions will focus on the common theme of pursuing one's happiness, such as trust, coping with stress, values, self-identity, dealing with life's challenges, authenticity, and maintaining positive relationships.
