Artists at heart, passionate about our craft

After 35 successful years, Fred Eisen Leather & Art Knives will be closing its New Hope storefront. With deep gratitude, we thank our loyal customers and the wonderful community that has supported us over the years.

If you haven’t stopped by lately—now’s the time. For over 45 years, Fred and his team of designers and craftsmen have created the highest quality leather bags, belts, clothing, purses, accessories, and more. Our handcrafted work reflects a legacy of dedication, artistry, and pride. We’re also proud to offer a curated selection of collector knives from some of the finest blade-smiths in the U.S. and around the world.

From our beginnings in Brooklyn Heights to our home in New Hope, it’s been our passion and privilege to share our craft with you. As owner Fred Eisen shares, "Our goal has always been to craft high-quality leather pieces that are both functional and distinctive, and to support other artisans who do the same."

After 47 years in a storefront, the time has come to lessen the workload. We will remain open through the end of July during regular hours, so there’s still time to stop by, browse, and take in the unforgettable scent and feel of fine leather.

Though we’re closing our doors, we’re not going anywhere. You can continue to shop our premium leather goods and knives online at www.fredeisenleather.com and www.artknives.com. For great deals on production knives, visit www.productionknives.com.

For questions, call 215-862-5988 or email us at fred@fredeisenleather.com. Or visit us at 85 South Main St. in New Hope—one more time.

"As we say goodbye to our shop, we do so with hearts full of appreciation for every customer, craftsman, collector, and friend who walked through our doors. Thank you for being part of an unforgettable journey."
